Position Overview
The Transformation Lead serves as a strategic change agent within the Kaiser Permanente account, driving operational excellence and continuous improvement across all JLL service lines. This role is accountable for designing, implementing, and managing transformation initiatives that elevate service delivery, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure contractual performance standards are consistently met or exceeded.
Key Responsibilities
Transformation & Change Management
Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives across the Kaiser Permanente account from initial assessment through implementation and sustainment
Develop comprehensive change management strategies that minimize disruption while maximizing adoption and impact
Partner with account leadership to identify opportunities for operational improvement and service innovation
Design and implement transformation roadmaps aligned with Kaiser Permanente's strategic objectives and JLL's service commitments
Performance Management & Contract Delivery
Collaborate closely with the account BI/Performance Manager to monitor, analyze, and drive improvement in all contractual KPIs and SLAs
Establish performance dashboards and reporting mechanisms that provide visibility into transformation progress and service delivery metrics
Identify performance gaps and develop corrective action plans with clear ownership and timelines
Ensure transformation initiatives directly contribute to improved contract performance and client outcomes
Support the development of business cases and ROI analysis for proposed transformation projects
Account PMO Integration
Work within the account PMO framework to ensure transformation initiatives are properly governed, resourced, and tracked
Coordinate with PMO team members to integrate transformation activities with ongoing account operations
Maintain transformation project documentation, risk registers, and lessons learned repositories
Provide regular status updates to account leadership on transformation portfolio health and outcomes
Stakeholder Leadership & Collaboration
Serve as a trusted advisor to the account leadership team on operational transformation strategy
Build strong relationships with Kaiser Permanente stakeholders to understand evolving needs and priorities
Lead cross-functional teams through complex change initiatives, ensuring alignment across service delivery teams
Facilitate communication between JLL operational teams and client stakeholders throughout transformation lifecycle
Coach and mentor team members on change management principles and continuous improvement methodologies
Qualifications
Required
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Healthcare Administration, and/or 7+ years of experience in transformation, change management, or operational improvement roles
Proven track record leading complex, multi-stakeholder transformation initiatives in large-scale service delivery environments
Strong analytical skills with experience using data and metrics to drive decision-making
Excellent project management capabilities with demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent initiatives
Experience working in PMO structures or matrixed organizational environments
Outstanding communication and presentation skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels
Proficiency with performance management tools, dashboards, and BI platforms

Estimated compensation for this position:
150,000.00 – 200,000.00 USD per year
This range is an estimate and actual compensation may differ. Final compensation packages are determined by various considerations including but not limited to candidate qualifications, location, market conditions, and internal considerations.
