DIRECTOR, VALUE REALIZATION – CHESTERFIELD, MO or REMOTE

About Us

TAG is a healthcare business intelligence firm that helps health systems save money and make better purchasing and payment decisions across the procure-to-pay (P2P) lifecycle. For over 35 years, we've partnered with healthcare organizations to reduce supply chain costs through data analytics, contract expertise, and operational consulting. Our team combines analytical thinking with a passion for helping hospitals maximize every purchasing dollar.

The Opportunity

Healthcare organizations spend millions each year on specialty products where physician preference, clinical outcomes, and financial performance intersect. TAG helps clients navigate that complexity through data-driven contract intelligence, rebate optimization, specialty RFP strategy, and value analysis.

As Director of Value Realization, you will serve as TAG's clinical contracting leader, partnering with health systems, physicians, supply chain leaders, and executives to strengthen contracting strategies, improve financial performance, and guide some of TAG's most strategic client engagements. You will combine clinical credibility with financial insight to influence executive decisions, strengthen client relationships, and play a key role in the continued evolution of TAG's ContractIQ, RebateIQ, specialty RFP, and value analysis services.

This is a strategic leadership role, not an individual contributor position. You will establish direction for analytical teams, support client strategy, and help transform complex data into meaningful action. If you are passionate about improving clinical and financial outcomes while leading strategy across multiple client engagements, you will thrive in this role.

This position may be based remotely within the United States or in a hybrid arrangement from our Chesterfield, MO office. Periodic travel to client sites, conferences, and the corporate office will be required.

  5. Support Business Development: Assist Sales and AOEs with discovery, solution design, specialty contracting expertise, and executive presentations.
  6. Strengthen Client Relationships: Serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare executives, clinicians, and supply chain leaders.
  7. Drive Innovation: Help develop new consulting methodologies, analytics, and software capabilities supporting healthcare contracting.
