The District Sales Manager is responsible for delivering a fantastic experience for customers and associates while achieving financial results. They will create a productive working atmosphere in our stores and inspire and develop future leaders of the organization.

Direct and coordinate sales and services, support and lead retail stores, monitor reports, and recruit and interview associates.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, or equivalent experience
- Valid state driver's license and automotive insurance
- 7 years of relevant work experience with in-depth knowledge of retail business processes
- 3 years of experience leading teams
- Skilled proficiency with the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- 5+ years' experience in retail store management
