Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned Registered Dietitian to join our team with a primary focus on eating disorders. This is a virtually contracted position, for a clinician who thrives in supporting clients with eating disorders and disordered eating spectrum. Additional experience in a counseling and or therapy environment also a plus.
The ideal candidate will bring:
• At least 3 years of eating disorder provider experience
• Experience working or collaborating with residential, PHP, and IOP programs (step-up and step-down care)
• Confidence collaborating with higher levels of care and interdisciplinary teams
• A passion for client-centered nutrition counseling in a supportive, private-practice setting
• Private practice experience is valued but not required.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide evidence-based nutrition counseling with a focus on eating disorders.
• Support clients in transition from residential, PHP, or IOP programs into outpatient private practice care.
• Collaborate with treatment teams, therapists, physicians, and family supports.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in our EMR system (Healthie).
• Maintain caseload within CSN requirements and parameters
• Participate in team meetings, in-services, and professional development opportunities.
• Support CSN’s mission by contributing to a positive, growth-minded team culture.
Qualifications
• Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RDN) credential, active LDN (or eligibility for state licensure).
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the eating disorder field.
• Experience working with higher levels of care (residential, IOP, PHP).
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and counseling skills.
• Open to serving a variety of client needs, but eager to specialize in eating disorders.
