At Bones Coffee Company, we are brewing bold ideas and big growth in the CPG and eCommerce space. We are adding to our team and seeking an experienced, detail-oriented eCommerce Manager -DTC Growth who will be responsible for the day-to-day management and optimization of performance marketing campaigns and customer lifecycle programs, driving revenue growth and improving marketing efficiency. The ideal candidate brings hands-on expertise in subscription-based businesses, site merchandising, digital media and a strong working knowledge of email/SMS marketing. A strong analytical mindset and a passion for data-driven decision-making is a key competency. This individual will work closely with the cross-functional partners throughout the business to drive growth initiatives.
What You’ll Do
• Execute acquisition, conversion and retention initiatives across paid and owned channels
· Monitor the execution of paid media campaigns across Meta, Google, YouTube, TikTok, and emerging platforms
· Analyze and recommend changes based on performance metrics including MER, CAC, ROAS, AOV, LTV, CVR and churn
· Support email/SMS lifecycle marketing, automation, and retention strategies
· Help grow and optimize subscription and loyalty programs to increase recurring revenue and customer engagement
· Partner cross-functionally with creative, product, finance, operations and agency teams
· Develop testing strategies and dashboards to improve campaign performance and reporting
What you Bring
· 5-7 years of DTC or eCommerce marketing experience
· Strong background in paid media, and lifecycle marketing within subscription-based programs
· Experience with GA4, Excel/Google Sheets, and analytics platforms such as Triple Whale or Northbeam
· Experience managing Shopify ecosystems
· Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
· Collaborative mindset with a passion for testing and continuous improvement
· Ability to travel up to 15%
