eCommerce Strategist

Job Description: • Building and maintaining relationships with a portfolio of global brands. • Guiding new brands through onboarding, ensuring a smooth start with RetentionX. • Providing ongoing training and strategic advice to help brands get the most out of our software. • Demonstrating our platform to potential new customers. • Identifying customer needs and challenges, proactively offering solutions. • Creating educational content such as Help Center articles, guides, case studies, and webinars. • Staying ahead of eCommerce and marketing trends to continuously expand your expertise. Requirements: • 2+ years of experience working within a DTC eCommerce brand, ideally in roles such as eCommerce Manager, Marketing Manager, Growth Manager, or similar. • Strong working knowledge of Shopify, Meta Ads, Klaviyo, and other core eCommerce and marketing platforms. • A proactive, ownership-driven mindset—you take initiative, move quickly, and don’t wait for direction. • A data-driven approach—you’re comfortable analyzing numbers, identifying trends, and connecting insights to business outcomes. • Exceptional communication skills, with native-level written and spoken American English. • Proven ability to present findings, strategies, and recommendations to clients or stakeholders in a clear, compelling way. • Strong interpersonal skills—you know how to build trust and maintain productive, positive relationships. • Must be based in the United States (preference for Florida or Texas).
