Key Responsibilities
- Enter, update, and verify client status records in the Statewide Client Service Center, ensuring data reflects the current production pipeline.
- Monitor incoming emails, log documents, and capture communications in the careerzynith platform (formerly Monday.com) as soon as they are received.
- Adhere to program guidelines for all required database systems, including careerzynith (formerly CMS), careerzynith (formerly CSG eConservation), careerzynith (formerly HEARTWAP), careerzynith (formerly LIHEAP), and careerzynith (formerly In Demand).
- Maintain organized digital and paper participant files in strict accordance with program policies, agency standards, and funder compliance requirements.
- Collaborate closely with program staff to support, enhance, and promote clear communication and consistency in service delivery.
- Perform a variety of clerical duties, including filing, preparing mailings, providing phone coverage, and assisting with ad‑hoc administrative tasks.
- Remain available for remote work, attending virtual meetings, responding to emails, and completing regular duties as needed.
