ROLE:

In your role as a Sales Development Representative, you will develop and qualify sales opportunities for our client’s sales teams from inbound leads as well as outbound B2B calling within your assigned territory and/or market. You will be responsible for attaining, maintaining, and growing strategic relationships with executive and senior level decision makers. You will need to understand and identify customer needs and ultimately develop sales opportunities for our clients. A Project Manager will support you in preparing for your job role and provide you with ongoing support.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Generate qualified sales opportunities in assigned companies, through campaign-driven outbound calling. No selling involved
Identify and nurture potential sales leads to become fully qualified opportunities, ready for handover to sales or channel partners
Work collaboratively with client sales team
Develop and maintain detailed knowledge of client’s business, products, and objectives
Develop solid understanding of the client’s product portfolio and the competitive landscape
Gather relevant information and determine needs of prospective companies via telephone and various research sources
Maintain and enrich client databases with updated and relevant information
No direct or indirect selling is involved
REQUIREMENTS:
Mother tongue in one or more of the following languages: Native English
Comfortable engaging with high level decision makers and communicating through the telephone and per email
Confident, polite, and friendly, with good business acumen
Excellent communication, organizational and customer service skills
Experience in working in a client-centric environment with particular focus on customer satisfaction and quality
Knowledge of IT and technology industries is a plus
Proven experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets/goals is a plus
Remote positions available
Windows PC/Laptop required to work remotely with Office 365 suite, Salesforce.com and Webex
