Job Title Enterprise Account Manager (Client-Facing | Enterprise-Level Experience Required) Location Remote Time Zone US Time Zones (EST–PST) Role Overview Our client is seeking a highly polished, enterprise-level Account Manager to own and grow relationships with high-value clients. This is a front-facing, video-heavy role for professionals who are confident on camera, understand executive-level communication, and take pride in representing a brand with credibility and professionalism. The Enterprise Account Manager will serve as a trusted partner to clients, managing ongoing relationships, driving expansion opportunities, and ensuring a premium, high-touch client experience. Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact for enterprise-level client accounts Manage and grow long-term client relationships with a focus on retention and expansion Lead virtual client meetings, reviews, and presentations with senior stakeholders Identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities within existing accounts Act as a trusted advisor by understanding client goals, challenges, and success metrics Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction Maintain accurate account documentation, forecasts, and reporting in CRM systems Required Qualifications Proven experience as an Account Manager handling enterprise or high-value client accounts Demonstrated success managing long-term, client-facing relationships at a senior level Prior remote work experience is non-negotiable, including fluency with remote collaboration tools (e.g., Slack, Zoom, Google Workspace, CRM platforms); candidates must have ideally worked with US or UK-based companies—applications without this experience will not be considered Exceptional verbal communication skills with a confident, professional on-camera presence Ability to engage, influence, and build trust with senior and executive-level stakeholders Highly self-motivated, reliable, and capable of working independently in a remote environment Preferred Qualifications Experience managing enterprise or strategic accounts in B2B or service-based environments Background in consultative relationship management or post-sale account ownership Experience in industries where professionalism, presentation, and brand representation are critical Familiarity with structured account management or customer success frameworks Tools & Technology CRM platforms (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) Zoom, Google Meet, or Microsoft Teams Slack and Google Workspace Proposal, contract, and e-signature tools (PandaDoc, DocuSign, or similar) Scheduling and account management tools Please NOTE It is crucial that you complete the application form in full.
