Job Description: • Lead customer discovery sessions to understand operational workflows and system requirements • Configure Workforce Management and back-office systems aligned to documented best practices • Coordinate integrations with payroll, POS, ERP, and related systems • Support data validation, parallel testing, and user acceptance readiness • Partner with Project Managers to ensure delivery milestones are met within scope and timeline • Facilitate customer workshops and training sessions • Maintain accurate implementation documentation • Escalate scope, integration, or data risks appropriately Requirements: • 4+ years of experience implementing SaaS solutions in a client-facing capacity • Experience configuring systems that impact labor, payroll, inventory, or operational workflows • Exposure to multi-location or enterprise customer environments • Familiarity with integration concepts and data validation processes • Experience leading customer discovery sessions and facilitating training or workshops • Ability to manage multiple implementations within defined scope and timelines • Strong communication and documentation skills Benefits: • Unlimited PTO • Medical, Dental, and Vision Insurance • 401(k) with company match • Parental Leave • Company-provided laptop and equipment
