What You’ll Do
Assist clients by explaining available benefit options and answering coverage-related questions
Provide accurate, helpful information while maintaining a professional client experience
Stay up to date on current plans, services, and internal resources
Review client needs and help identify practical, affordable solutions
Build positive relationships through clear and consistent communication
What We’re Looking For
Experience in customer service, sales, or a people-focused role is an asset, but not required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Ability to stay organized and manage multiple tasks

Clear written and verbal communication skills
Willingness to learn and follow a proven system
