Job Overview
This is a full-remote job opportunity available to candidates based in the United States. As a Data Entry Support worker at arenaflex, you will be responsible for performing clerical and data entry tasks to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization. You will work closely with our team to maintain multiple databases, enter grant data, and perform regular error checks to ensure accurate reporting. Primary Responsibilities
- Manage multiple databases to ensure accurate record-keeping and data organization
- Enter required grant data accurately into our system to meet monthly, quarterly, and year-end deadlines
- Maintain appropriate records and follow required procedures and practices for attendance and assessment data
- Maintain required security of student data in compliance with FERPA
- Complete regular error checks and data clean-up to ensure accurate reporting
- Ensure data is accessible in a timely manner to staff and other stakeholders
- Organize and prioritize tasks to meet all local, state, and program deadlines
- Monitor and evaluate student outcomes, including pre/post testing with state-mandated assessments
- Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities
- Perform administrative tasks, such as scanning documents, labeling items, and inventorying supplies
- Perform basic word processing and organize digital files and materials
- Prepare mailings and assist with filing
- Other assignments as required
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED required
- Knowledge of standard office practices and procedures
- Proficiency in MS Office Software, including Excel
- Ability to perform office work quickly and efficiently while maintaining accuracy
- Excellent planning, organization, and prioritization skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work cooperatively with others and under pressure with frequent interruptions

The physical requirements for this position include:
- Regularly talking, expressing, or exchanging ideas by means of the spoken word
- Frequently sitting and/or remaining in a stationary position for long periods of time
