Role Overview
As the Executive Assistant to the Executive Team, you will partner with senior leaders to ensure smooth operations and strategic alignment. You will manage executive calendars and emails, prioritize and protect strategic time, and coordinate internal and external meetings. You will also support LinkedIn social media management for executives, including drafting and scheduling posts, coordinating content through HubSpot, and creating or editing basic photo and video content using tools like Canva and CapCut.
What You Will Do
Manage and maintain executive calendars and emails, prioritize and protect strategic time, both business and personal. Coordinate internal and external meetings, ensuring seamless scheduling across time zones. Help plan and facilitate internal meetings to ensure alignment and follow-through. Prepare executives for meetings by organizing agendas, materials, and follow-ups.

Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant supporting executives
- Experience supporting senior executives, with primary support expected for the CFO, CMO, and CRO, and occasional support to the CEO as needed
- Proven experience communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Experience managing complex calendars and coordinating meetings across time zones
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Teams
- Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to draft clear and professional copy
- Experience managing social media posts, particularly on LinkedIn, including content scheduling, post coordination, and engagement support
- Proficiency in basic copywriting for social media captions, executive posts, and professional LinkedIn content
- Proficiency in photo and video editing tools, particularly Canva and CapCut
- Experience with HubSpot or other social media scheduling/content management tools is a big plus
- Basic knowledge of AI prompting to support copywriting, content creation, and workflow efficiency is a huge plus
- Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High integrity and discretion when handling confidential and personal information
