About the Position
Our expanding remote coordination department is seeking detail-oriented and customer-focused individuals to join the team as Experience Scheduling Specialists. In this role, you'll help clients organize travel plans, coordinate scheduling details, and assist with reservation-related tasks to help ensure each trip is prepared smoothly and efficiently.

Main Responsibilities
Assist clients with scheduling requests, vacation preferences, and travel arrangements
Coordinate accommodations, cruises, flights, transportation services, tours, and activities
Review travel availability and pricing using approved supplier and booking platforms
Organize itinerary details, reservation confirmations, and scheduling updates
Communicate with clients through phone, email, and web-based messaging systems
Support clients with itinerary modifications, booking updates, and follow-up assistance
Maintain accurate documentation and organized client records within internal systems
Monitor destination information, supplier announcements, and promotional travel offers
Attend remote onboarding sessions, training workshops, and ongoing team development programs
