**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Assisting individuals and families gain access to healthcare services
* Reviewing and determining eligibility and enrollment on assigned workload
* Providing quality customer service and support
* Maintaining confidentiality of personal health information
* Collaborating with team members to achieve customer satisfaction and service goals
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Team Player:** Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with team members
* **Customer-Focused:** A passion for helping others, with a strong commitment to customer satisfaction
* **Technical Skills:** Strong PC proficiency, with a willingness to learn new applications
* **Confidentiality:** Ability to maintain confidentiality of personal health information
* **Experience:** Minimum of two years' experience in the healthcare industry, with a focus on eligibility and enrollment
* **Education:** Associates degree preferred, with a strong understanding of FL Medicaid programs
* **Language Skills:** Bilingual skills (Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred
