**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of careerzynith, interacting with customers through phone, email, and chat to provide world-class service. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using cutting-edge technology
* Communicating with customers in English and Spanish, both verbally and in writing
* Helping customers navigate careerzynith's website and online ordering system
* Becoming a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently
* Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and provide exceptional service
**Minimum Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
