**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries, communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, and helping customers navigate our website and online ordering system. You'll also become a product and solutions expert, equipped to answer product, pricing, and shipping questions quickly and confidently.
**Key Responsibilities**

* Meet or exceed customer service metrics and performance targets
**Minimum Requirements**
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
* Prior customer service experience is a plus, but we'll train you to provide legendary service for our customers!
* Bilingual (English / Spanish) - fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software
**Preferred Qualifications**
* 1-2 years of customer service experience in a call center or retail environment
* Experience working with customers in a bilingual environment

* Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
* Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
