**Job Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide product information

**Minimum Requirements**
To be considered for this role, you'll need to meet the following minimum requirements:
