**Job Summary**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences through multilingual support and order fulfillment. You'll be responsible for processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology. Your primary focus will be on communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat, helping them navigate our website and online ordering, and becoming a product and solutions expert.

**Minimum Requirements**

* Bilingual (English/Spanish) – fluent in both verbal and written forms
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software
