**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:
* Bilingual - English/Spanish is required.
* Minimum of 1-2 years of Call Center experience.
* Must have experience with customer retention & customer acquisitions.
* Utility experience a plus.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a friendly and professional phone and email etiquette.
* Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities.
* Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
* High school diploma or equivalent; some college education is a plus.
