**Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns in a timely and professional manner
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, while maintaining a positive and empathetic tone
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate, to ensure that customers receive the support they need
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or processing payments in a prompt and accurate manner
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes, to ensure compliance and quality standards
* Providing feedback on call issues, to help improve our processes and services
* Upselling when required, to help customers get the most out of our products and services
**Requirements**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* The ability to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with minimal supervision
* At least 6 months of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or customer-facing role
* Be at least 18 years of age, with a high school diploma or equivalent
* The ability to type 25 words per minute, with accuracy and speed
* Proven oral and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
* Logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions
* The ability to navigate Windows operating systems, with a basic understanding of computer software and hardware
* Organization and work prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
**Nice-to-Haves**
While not required, the following skills and qualifications would be a plus:
* Bilingualism in English and Spanish (or other languages), with the ability to communicate effectively with customers in their native language
* Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce or Zendesk
* Knowledge of industry-specific software and systems, such as billing or payment processing platforms
* Certification in customer service, such as the Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) designation
