**Responsibilities**
As a Benefits Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Responding to incoming calls and emails from employees and former employees in a professional and empathetic manner

* Tracking, logging, and following up on all cases and transactions
* Escalating recurring issues to Technical Analysts or Team Managers as needed
* Explaining and applying HR and benefits policies and procedures with clarity and confidence
* Maintaining strict confidentiality and adhering to data privacy standards at all times
* Following established protocols and working independently on routine tasks
* Supporting peak volume periods and attending all mandatory training sessions
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* A high school diploma or equivalent
* At least 6 months of experience in a call center or benefits-related role
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
* Excellent multitasking and time management abilities
* A reliable, distraction-free home office environment
* A commitment to perfect attendance during training
