Experienced Bilingual Customer Support Representative – Texas

You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to resolve complex issues, educate customers on our products and services, and identify opportunities for growth and improvement. If you're a team player with excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach, we encourage you to apply! **Key Responsibilities** * Respond to customer inquiries ranging from routine to complex, ensuring accurate and timely resolutions * Provide in-depth knowledge of careerzynith's products, services, and procedures to customers, including prescriptions, plans, products, services, and procedures * Research and resolve issues/complaints, determining appropriate resolutions and escalating situations as needed * Effectively educate and influence customers on the value and benefits of careerzynith's products and services * Identify customer trends and communicate insights to relevant business partners, leaders, and divisions * Maintain specific line of business Customer Service standards and support level standards * Remain current on all changes to Customer Service policy, procedures, and product/services/solutions information * Collaborate with Sales Representatives to address customer inquiries related to orders and provide support as needed * Process claims based on business needs and workflow fluctuations (contingent on the Line of Business) **Essential Qualifications** * 1-2 years of customer service experience in handling moderate to complex customer inquiries in call center, insurance, manufacturing, software, telecommunications, retail, or eyewear industries * Availability to work any shift, including weekends, holidays, and/or overnight * Demonstrated internet knowledge and understanding of basic internet browser settings * Ability to work with multiple software programs simultaneously * Effective verbal communication skills to prioritize multiple tasks and handle incoming calls and inquiries * Effective written communication skills to clearly document customer situations and prepare letters to confirm agreements made * Excellent interpersonal and rapport-building skills * Ability to ask appropriate and relevant questions to identify customer needs * Proven problem-solving, negotiations, and decision-making skills * Ability to use appropriate discretion and judgment in applying customer/call handling guidelines **Preferred Qualifications** * Bilingual (Spanish-speaking) proficiency * Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Familiarity with MS Office package and ability to learn new software applications quickly * Ability to work in a team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to learn and adapt to new software applications and processes quickly * Strong customer service skills, with a focus on providing exceptional experiences * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong time management and prioritization skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
