**Position Responsibilities**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, your primary responsibilities will include:
* Processing customer orders, making product recommendations, and handling account inquiries using world-class technology

**Work Environment and Schedule**
As a Bilingual Customer Support Specialist - Overnights, you will work full-time hours from Friday to Tuesday, 9 PM to 5:30 AM. Training hours will be during the day, Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5 PM (approximately 6-7 months).
