Experienced Business Support Manager – Terminal Activities at careerzynith

**Job Summary:** We are seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to join our Terminal Activities team at careerzynith. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for upholding the Administrator, Terminal Activities Business Support within the Terminal Tasks area of careerzynith Journey Line. Our Terminal Activities team plays a critical role in ensuring that our visitors have a smooth and enjoyable experience from embarkation to disembarkation. We are seeking an experienced Business Support Manager to join our team and contribute to the success of our Terminal Activities business. **Key Responsibilities:** * Participate in the embarkation framework development, issues, upgrades, and communication strategy for Terminal Activities and core partners. * Be responsible for consistent improvement of working processes to enhance careerzynith Journey Line services both internally and externally. * Drive new processes and projects to ensure an ideal and precise completion. * Maintain and update databases, such as Port Appearance Times, Daily Action Reports, and Quality Assurance Reviews, as well as report information for monthly summaries and on-demand requests. * Support the Terminal Support Manager with the Moderate process and citizenship questions and Cast Part advancement. * Support agenda planning documentation for citizenship requirements. * Play a vital role in creating content as well as teaching and adjusting crowds in regards to business mix program development and execution plans for the overall careerzynith Journey Line activity. * Recognize issues and resolve issues connected with projects, content, and estimation to improve project achievement. * Maintain Terminal Activities documentation, including but not limited to working guides, forms, and Visitor embarkation insurance for accuracy and consistency. * Schedule, Seat, and Record office meetings. * Lead communication with partner regions, both internal and external, with any feedback as well as any functional updates or changes. * Attend and support Terminal Activities in Port Canaveral, South Florida, and Outports. * Occasionally support the Outport group by helping with terminal/area launch tasks. * Lead Quality Assurance Reviews and schedule Reviews for terminal activities. * Collaborate with other divisions within careerzynith Journey Line to ensure a consistent Visitor experience. * Act as a contact between careerzynith Journey Line and all external vendor tasks. * Maintain a positive working relationship with external vendors participating in the daily port activity. This includes but is not limited to Custom and Border Insurance Authorities, Port Power, Local Policing, Stevedores/Watchmen, Security, , and all careerzynith Journey Line groups. **Essential Capabilities:** * Knowledge of journey products, the journey business, and terminal activities * Knowledge of internal and external connections and obligations as they relate to a journey terminal wharf activity; including but not limited to the following: Dock registration methods, Embarkation techniques, and Visitor transportation. * Exhibited strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. * Exhibited ability to manage multiple tasks in a high-speed environment * Shown strong Visitor service abilities. * Shown strong verbal and written communication skills * Demonstrated strong logical, hierarchical, and critical thinking abilities * Travel industry experience * Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays. * Should have an ID, as this position may require international travel * Ability to travel frequently to support terminal activity areas. * Ability to lift 50 pounds, push cargo containers that may weigh over 500 pounds, and use equipment in a warehouse setting (crate stacking, crate jack) **Favored Capabilities:** * Have over three years of journey line dock activities or comparable experience * careerzynith Journey Line Manager and Base knowledge, strategy, methods * Microsoft PowerApps/Power Automate. * Shown knowledge of careerzynith Journey Line systems, including DXP, Seaware, and Fidelio * Knowledge of migration strategy in regards to areas careerzynith Journey Line sails from including but not limited to the US, Schengen region, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand. **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary of $26/hour * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Professional development opportunities, including training and education programs * Flexible work arrangements, including remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Collaborative and supportive team environment **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced Business Support Manager looking for a new challenge, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
