**Essential Functions:**
As a Caregiver Lead, your key responsibilities will include:
* Delivering exceptional care to clients in their homes, in a safe and professional manner
* Providing personal companionship, remaining actively engaged with each client and their families
* Assisting with personal care activities, including personal hygiene, mobility assistance, incontinence care, light housekeeping, feeding, and meal preparation
* Completing administrative tasks, such as documenting completion of tasks and reporting changes in the client's physical condition, mental capability, or behavior

**Qualifications:**
To be successful as a Caregiver Lead at careerzynith, you'll need:

* A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
* Ability to pass a background check and TB test
* Ability to lift 25 pounds and stand for long periods
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team

**Preferred Qualifications:**
While not required, we prefer candidates with:
* Experience in healthcare or social services
* Certification in CPR, First Aid, or other related areas
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
