**Responsibilities**
As a Centralized Production Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including:
* **Accurate Data Entry**: Enter patient profiles and medications with precision and attention to detail, ensuring that all data is accurate and up-to-date.
* **Medication Order Entry**: Enter medication orders for various facilities, following standard procedures and protocols to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
* **Billing and Crediting**: Ensure that all Third-Party claims are billed properly and that each facility is credited accurately and on time.
* **Training and Support**: Assist fellow technicians with training and daily functions, providing guidance and support to ensure a smooth and efficient workflow.
* **New Home Setup and Implementation**: Assist in setting up and implementing new homes across the region, ensuring a seamless transition for patients and staff.
* **Orienting and Training New Employees**: Welcome and train new employees, providing a comprehensive onboarding experience that sets them up for success.
* **Unbilled Reports**: Work with the billing department to oversee the completion of individual unbilled reports and assign daily unbilled reports as needed.
* **Data Entry Production**: Maintain and demonstrate top-tier data entry production as determined by your Manager, consistently meeting or exceeding performance metrics.
* **Outside Services**: Help manage outside services that impact careerzynith customer service, such as INFINX and SDS.
* **Regulatory Training**: Complete all mandatory and regulatory training programs, staying up-to-date on industry developments and best practices.
**Qualifications**
To be successful as a Centralized Production Technician - Data Entry Specialist, you'll need:
* **Educational Requirements**: A minimum of a High School Diploma or GED, with a preference for an AS Degree or Higher in Business Administration or a related field.
* **Experience**: At least 2 years of experience as a pharmacy customer service technician, with a proven track record of top 5% data entry performance metrics.
* **Vermont Employees**: Registration with the State of Vermont as a Pharmacy Technician (required for Vermont employees).
