As an inbound Chat Operator, you'll be responsible for engaging in online conversations with customers, representing our automotive dealer clients favorably. **Key Responsibilities**
* Engage in online conversations with customers via live chat, email, or phone
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information
* Utilize your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers
* Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction
* Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies that drive sales and customer satisfaction
* Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and careerzynith products
**Requirements**
* Must live within the state of Pennsylvania
* Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse
* Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher)
* Quiet, dedicated work space free from distractions – this is a remote position
* Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT
* Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred
* Gaming experience is preferred
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in the automotive industry
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Experience in the gaming industry or related fields
* Knowledge of automotive industry products and services
* Familiarity with live chat software and customer relationship management (CRM) systems
* Certification in customer service or a related field
