**Requirements**
* University degree with an emphasis on business analysis or a related field
* Minimum of 5 years' experience in an analytics business function, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry
* Strong understanding of pharmaceutical industry data sources and business model
* Proven track record of delivering high-quality analysis and actionable recommendations related to sales and campaign action planning
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable recommendations
* Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies, including data visualization and reporting tools
