**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Advisor with careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Handling inbound and outbound calls to provide exceptional customer service and support
* Scheduling appointments with clients who have requested our benefits
* Conducting virtual presentations via Zoom to explain insurance products and benefits
* Assisting new and existing clients with policy selection and additional coverage
* Completing applications and ensuring underwriting requirements are met
* Tracking and reporting daily activity and sales metrics
* Participating in optional training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge

**Minimum Qualifications**
To be successful as a Customer Care Advisor with careerzynith, you'll need:
* Excellent communication and time management skills
* Must be 18 years or older
* High school diploma required (higher education preferred but not mandatory)
* Customer service or sales experience is a plus but not required
**Essential Skills and Competencies**
To excel in this role, you'll need:

* Knowledge of insurance products and benefits
* Experience with Zoom or other virtual presentation tools
* Certification in customer service or sales (e.g. Certified Customer Service Representative (CCSR) or Certified Sales Professional (CSP))
