**Responsibilities**
As a Customer Care Manager at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for developing and executing customer success strategies that drive growth and retention. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Developing and implementing customer success metrics and account strategies
* Building trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication
* Scheduling and attending virtual meetings using Zoom and other platforms
* Monitoring, identifying, and mitigating account-level risks and up-sell opportunities
* Presenting to families different benefits programs, enrolling new clients, and opening new accounts
* Overseeing and prioritizing each customer in your portfolio
**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:
* A passion for helping others and delivering exceptional customer experiences

* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
