- Help answer customer inquiries regarding their insurance and copays, as well as shipping needs, ensuring accurate and timely information

- Serve customers in a timely manner to ensure we are maximizing our relationship with them, building trust and loyalty

Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent (must be 18 years of age or older)
- 6+ months of professional experience working with computer and web-based tools, demonstrating technical proficiency
- 1+ year of relevant phone or email customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare environment
- Excellent communication skills (spoken and written), with the ability to articulate complex information in a clear and concise manner
- Experience working in a customer service or call center environment, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer experiences
- Experience working under pressure in a fast-paced work environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality
- Demonstrated ability to work as a team member, collaborating with colleagues to achieve common goals
