You'll be the face of careerzynith, delivering exceptional service that exceeds our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Greeting and welcoming clients upon arrival * Providing attentive and proactive support to meet clients' needs * Offering travel, card, and lifestyle suggestions to enhance clients' experiences * Collaborating with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery * Utilizing technology to provide efficient and effective support **Key Responsibilities** * Greet and welcome clients upon arrival, providing a warm and personalized welcome * Provide attentive and proactive support to meet clients' needs, including: + Travel and card-related services + Lifestyle suggestions and recommendations + Assistance with food and beverage reservations * Collaborate with colleagues to ensure seamless service delivery, including: + Sharing knowledge and expertise to resolve client issues + Providing backup support during peak periods + Participating in team meetings and training sessions * Utilize technology to provide efficient and effective support, including: + Web-based tools and platforms + Mobile devices and applications + Other technology solutions as required **Essential Qualifications** * 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in a premium or luxury environment * Carrier, parlor, or travel industry experience, including reservation experience * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients * Ability to listen actively and respond thoughtfully to clients' needs * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Knowledge of travel industry trends and developments * Familiarity with web-based tools and platforms * Ability to work in a multicultural environment * Fluency in multiple languages (an asset) **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think creatively and resolve issues efficiently * Ability to work collaboratively as part of a dynamic team * Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays * Ability to adapt to changing circumstances and priorities * Strong attention to detail and organizational skills * Ability to work in a multicultural environment **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping you grow and develop your skills.
