**Key Responsibilities:**
As a Customer Experience Expert at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Providing exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
* Managing orders, tracking shipments, and facilitating returns and exchanges through our Shopify platform.
* Utilizing NetSuite to manage order data, customer information, and inventory management.
* Collaborating with customers through Microsoft Outlook to coordinate order-related issues and inquiries.
* Monitoring and responding to customer reviews on platforms, including Amazon, to ensure positive customer experiences.
* Troubleshooting product issues, guiding customers through product usage and providing helpful tips.
* Working closely with fulfillment and shipping teams to ensure timely delivery and order accuracy.
* Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
**Requirements:**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 2+ years of Amazon customer service experience (essential).
* Proficient with Shopify, Microsoft Outlook, and NetSuite.
* Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
* Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset.
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Must be flexible with weekend availability.
* Prior experience in an eCommerce or retail customer service role is preferred.
