**The Role**
As a Customer Follow-Up Specialist, you'll be responsible for connecting with our customers to ensure they've had a great experience with careerzynith. Your primary objective will be to follow up with customers to gather feedback and encourage them to share their experiences through online reviews. This is a simple and straightforward position that requires about 1 hour per day, Monday through Friday.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Receive daily customer information via a Google Sheet
* Use our OpenPhone system (training provided) to add customers as contacts
* Call and text customers to check in on their experience, making sure they feel heard and appreciated
* Encourage satisfied customers to leave a 5-star review
* Consistently follow simple procedures to ensure high-quality customer interactions
**What We're Looking For**
* Excellent customer service and communication skills
* A positive, friendly, and professional attitude
* Ability to follow simple procedures consistently
* Reliable availability Monday–Friday
**Essential Qualifications**
* 1+ year of experience in customer-facing roles or similar positions
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
* Basic computer skills and familiarity with Google Sheets and OpenPhone
* Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace
