**The Role**
As a Customer Operations Specialist, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers, driving sales growth, and contributing to the development of our platform. Your primary responsibilities will include:

- Manage customer support via email and phone, providing timely and effective solutions to customer inquiries
- Handle inbound sales inquiries, converting leads into customers and driving revenue growth
- Create user guides and documentation to ensure seamless onboarding and support for our customers

- Learn and advise on Australian raffle regulations, ensuring our customers are compliant and up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory changes
- Become an expert in careerzynith's platform and features, providing in-depth knowledge and support to our customers
- Manage and resolve support tickets efficiently, ensuring high customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Guide clients through permit applications and raffle setup processes, ensuring a smooth and successful experience
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes, providing valuable insights and recommendations to our customers and internal teams
