**Key Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service and Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:
* Effectively communicating with members and providers over the phone and through email to ensure all needs are addressed
* Providing extraordinary customer service to build positive rapport on every interaction
* Helping customers understand their eligibility of benefits and claim status
* Assisting in Open Enrollment by answering questions and educating members
* Managing your time effectively to keep up with the incoming calls from the queue
* Accurately documenting information exchanged during each call
* Other duties as assigned
**Ideal Candidate**
We're seeking individuals who are:
* Outgoing, intelligent, dependable, and ready to take their career to the next level with a growing company
* Outgoing and have excellent communication skills
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong organizational and time-management skills
* Exceptional attention-to-detail
* Available to work Monday-Friday and Saturdays
* Previous experience in a customer service position, preferably in the healthcare field is a plus
* Healthcare experience is a plus
**What We Offer**
* Competitive hourly rate: $16.50 per hour to start, with opportunities for advancement to $17.00 upon completion of training, $17.50 at 6-month mark, and $18.00 at 1 year mark
