Experienced Customer Service Associate (Call Center) – Remote, Full Time and Part Time Flex Positions Available in Philadelphia, PA

We're a close-knit team with big ideas and ambitions, and we're always on the hunt for people who bring energy, ideas, and personality to our growing organization. **The Role** We're expanding our customer operations, and we're seeking Customer Service Associates (CSA) to join the team! As a CSA, you'll be responsible for creating a best-in-class customer experience by consistently delivering clear, efficient, and valuable support to callers. You'll facilitate intake calls and requests ranging from on-demand to scheduled language services for our flagship customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Facilitate intake calls and requests for language services * Achieve satisfactory call quality, both behavioral and technical, as measured through call quality reviews * Provide exceptional client service experiences * Log and track both calls and requests while servicing clients * Address opportunities to maintain and improve business relationships with clients * Work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment * Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and objectives **Essential Qualifications** * High school diploma or equivalent * Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude * Experience with call center software and scheduling tools * Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls * Reliable and team-oriented * Flexible schedule (available to work hours between 8AM-12AM EST Monday - Friday, and on weekends) **Preferred Qualifications** * Bi-lingual (preferably in a non-Spanish language) * Experience in the language/translation industry * Strong organizational skills * Excellent verbal communication skills **Skills and Competencies** * Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude * Ability to work in a dynamic, fast-paced, and multi-line call center environment * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to type quickly and accurately while taking calls * Strong organizational and time management skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At careerzynith, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
