As a Customer Service Associate, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers, providing support through phone, chat, and email. **Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer support through various communication channels, including phone, chat, and email
* Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions to resolve customer queries
* Communicate effectively with customers, providing clear and concise information to resolve their issues
* Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
* Meet productivity and quality standards, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction

**Essential Qualifications**
* Minimum age: 18 years old
* Right to work in The Netherlands
* Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
* Experience working with a computer
* Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
* Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
* Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
* Quiet, distraction-free workspace (dedicated office space with a desk and chair)
* Minimum 50 Mbps broadband connection speed using a hard-wire ethernet internet connection (no WIFI)
