**Role and Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Associate at careerzynith, you'll be the first point of contact for our customers in Sweden. You'll be responsible for answering their requests through phone, chat, and/or email, providing solutions to their queries, and delighting them with exceptional support experiences. You'll use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions, and communicate effectively with customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Answer customer requests through phone, chat, and/or email
* Provide solutions to customer queries and concerns
* Use a variety of tools to navigate, research, and review solutions
* Communicate effectively with customers to deliver exceptional support experiences
* Work variable hours to match customer demand, including late evening and day shifts
* Meet or exceed performance targets and quality standards
* Participate in ongoing training and development to improve skills and knowledge
**What We're Looking For**
We're looking for a talented individual with the following skills and qualifications:
* **Minimum Qualifications:**
+ Minimum age: 18 years old
+ Right to work in The Netherlands
+ Strong communication skills in Swedish (both written and oral fluency) and basic communication skills in English
+ Experience working with a computer
+ Availability to work varying shifts from Monday to Sunday within the operating hours of 7am to 9pm
+ Willingness and ability to work in rotating shifts (i.e. early, late, weekend and compensated overtime as required)
+ Initial four weeks availability for full-time training (paid)
