* **Monitoring and Analyzing CS Effectiveness Reports**: You'll review daily, weekly, and monthly reports to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement, making data-driven decisions to enhance department efficiency.
* **Order Entry Process Management**: You'll oversee the order entry process, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and effective communication with the Sales team to maximize sales penetration.
* **Sales Opportunities Communication**: You'll communicate sales opportunities to the Sales team, fostering collaboration and driving sales growth.
* **Hiring, Training, and Development**: You'll lead the hiring process, training, and development of customer service representatives, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

**Qualifications**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Education**: A High School Diploma or equivalent
* **Experience**: 3 years or more of customer service or call center experience
* **Skills**:
+ Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
+ Proven ability to communicate effectively to satisfy customers' needs
+ Experience managing individuals, motivating, training, and disciplining a staff
+ Good computer skills, with working knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
