As a Customer Service Representative Agent – Work From Home Part-Time Focus Group Panelists, you'll have the opportunity to earn up to $750 per week working from home, while also contributing to the development of new products and services that shape the future of our industry.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Participate in National & Local Paid Focus Groups, Clinical Trials, and Market Research assignments
* Complete written and oral instructions, as well as written surveys, for each panel
* Use products and/or services provided, and be prepared to discuss them prior to meetings
* Show up at least 10 minutes before discussion start time
* Demonstrate a willingness to learn and adapt to new situations
* Provide honest and constructive feedback on products and services
**Essential Qualifications**
* Must have either a smartphone with a working camera or a desktop/laptop with a webcam
* Must have access to a high-speed internet connection
* Ability to read, understand, and follow oral and written instructions
