Your primary responsibility will be to analyze complex business issues and perform advanced assessments to identify pain points that impact our clients' knowledge from the time they receive an exhibiting email to the time a solicitation has been passed on to their doorsteps. You will use SQL queries and visualization tools to help clients understand examples and significant entry points in the Client Support space. **Key Responsibilities** * Collaborate cross-functionally on a large scale with teams, projects, and planning meetings to pass drives on to develop the foundation for data-driven framework as well as provide near-term assessment to Client Fulfillment record * Perform significant leap assessment on Client Experience score, including the use of advanced analytical strategies, to recognize key drivers behind performance and provide insights around major trouble spots/factors * Discuss findings with an unbiased perspective and persuasive insights (using visual tools like Looker, Data Studio, Scene) for both directors and cross-functional teams, so the experiences can be used to help drive the Client Happiness drive * Use consistent and quantitative skills to work with large and complex datasets, research poorly defined questions, and cultivate ideas to inform business decisions * Help various colleagues to identify key components and essentials for each project, and gain buy-in for project approach * Work closely with Data Plans and planning meetings to collect representations for high-level KPI uncovering, and complete arrangements in progress environment **What You'll Need** * Bachelor's/Advanced degree, ideally in a quantitative field (Business, Operations Research, Math, Economics) * Hands-on experience with data visualization tools like Looker and Data Studio, joining data using Excel or learn about Sheets, driving complex data analysis using Python, SQL, and Hive, and making flexible estimates using time series and mathematical modeling to reproduce the impact of various scenarios on client experience score, considering past performance * Passionate about tackling complex business issues from issue definition and business-case development to execution * Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to translate current assessments into a clear, convincing business story * Ability to mentor junior colleagues, either directly or by suggestion * Support for Individuals with Disabilities * careerzynith is fully committed to providing equal opportunities to all individuals, including those with disabilities.
