**The Job**
As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for delivering legendary service to our guests in the Vail Valley. This role requires a strong and diverse skillset, including:
* Interacting with customers by delivering equipment rentals to their accommodations
* Offering support service throughout their stay
* Picking up equipment after their final day on the mountain
* Maintaining a clean and organized shop
* Restocking vans with extra equipment
* Answering and making calls to our customers

**Requirements**
* No prior experience is required, but a passion for delivering exceptional customer service is a must
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to lift and move equipment (up to 50 pounds)
* Valid driver's license and clean driving record
* Ability to work in a team environment and maintain a positive attitude
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous customer service experience in a retail or hospitality environment
* Knowledge of ski and snowboard equipment and maintenance
* Ability to work in a cold and snowy environment
* Bilingual or multilingual skills
