As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will be part of a collaborative team that is dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you will play a vital role in coordinating schedules, resolving customer issues and concerns, responding to service and sales inquiries, and communicating with our field operations. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Providing exceptional customer service and a quality experience to internal and external clients * Prioritizing, planning, and completing daily tasks, special projects, and assignments * Facilitating accounts receivable and collection efforts * Managing administrative requests and tasks * Providing proactive customer follow-up in a timely manner * Delivering accurate service and sales information * Maintaining accurate records utilizing customer service software applications * Responding to leads and referrals * Partnering with management to manage expectations and meet deadlines * Assisting in scheduling of service routes * Producing accurate and timely reports * Ensuring that work is complete and results are satisfactory * Assisting in training of new team members as requested/needed * Demonstrating strong attention to detail and accuracy **What We're Looking For** We are seeking a client-facing customer service professional with patience, accountability, and a genuine passion for providing a quality customer service experience.
