**Job Responsibilities**
As a Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Processing customer orders and inquiries in a collaborative call center using world-class technology
* Communicating with customers over phone, email, and chat to resolve issues and provide solutions

* Becoming a product and solutions expert by learning about our products and services, and providing accurate and timely information to customers

**Minimum Requirements**
