**Responsibilities**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative at careerzynith, you'll be responsible for:
* Enhancing customer relationships through exceptional service
* Communicating effectively with customers and all other departments
* Accurately and thoroughly processing, entering, and distributing information related to customer accounts, orders, requests for quotations, and part numbering
* Providing product information and determining customer requirements
* Preparing and presenting quotations
* Providing phone support and responding to emails in a timely manner
* Performing other duties as required by the Customer Service Supervisor or other leadership
**Key Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
* A High School Diploma or equivalent, with a Bachelor's Degree preferred
* Basic computer skills, including word processing knowledge
* Experience in the filtration industry is a plus, but not required
* Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills to communicate information, ideas, procedures, and processes in a logical sequence
* Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills, with the ability to work on multiple projects at once
* High energy, teamwork-focused attitude, with a proven ability to work collaboratively across job functions
* Ability to think strategically and execute tactically
* Solid punctuality and reliability, with a commitment to meeting deadlines and delivering results
