Key Responsibilities
- Process customer policy change requests in a timely and efficient manner
- Secure all trailing documents from customers, ensuring accuracy and completeness
- Complete Evidence of Insurance requests, providing prompt and professional service
- Document each customer contact in eAgent, maintaining detailed and up-to-date records
- Take premium payments from customers, handling financial transactions with care and precision
- Verify phone numbers, addresses, and email addresses with each customer contact, updating customer information as needed
- Return all phone messages promptly, ensuring that our clients receive timely and effective communication
- Maintain knowledge of new products, staying up-to-date on industry developments and company offerings
- Provide exceptional customer service, exceeding client expectations and building strong relationships
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you must reside in California and possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful, and be coachable. You should have an upbeat, positive, and enthusiastic attitude, with a strong sense of urgency and a ability to work independently. Proficiency in multi-tasking, follow-thru, and follow-up is essential, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Essential Qualifications
- MUST RESIDE/LIVE IN CA
- Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have a strong desire to learn and grow with our team
- Be a self-starter with a sense of urgency and a ability to work independently
- Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Insurance industry or office experience and knowledge (not required but a plus)
- Bilingual skills (highly desirable)
