**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Customer Service Representative / General Call Center, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing exceptional service, resolving issues, and promoting careerzynith's products and services. This role requires a strong customer service orientation, technical skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Provide exceptional customer service through phone, email, and in-person interactions, ensuring a positive experience for all customers.
* Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and troubleshoot problems in a timely and professional manner.
* Take orders, answer questions, and provide product and service information to customers.
* Maintain accurate records and documentation, including customer interactions, orders, and issues.
* Collaborate with internal teams, including Dispatch and Billing, to ensure seamless service delivery.
* Stay up-to-date on Medicare, Medicaid, and third-party payor sources for equipment, verifying medical necessity, insurance coverage, and physician orders.
* Meet or exceed department metrics while providing excellent customer service.
* Make sales or recommendations for products or services that complement customer needs, as applicable.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
**Essential Qualifications**
To succeed in this role, you will need:
* High school diploma or general education degree (GED).
* 6 months of relevant customer service experience, preferably in a medical equipment or healthcare setting.
* Excellent interpersonal, written, and oral communication skills.
* Customer service orientation, with a focus on delivering exceptional experiences.
* Attention to detail, with strong data entry skills.
* Proficiency with computers, including strong typing skills.
