Experienced Customer Service Representative – Global Airport Operations

You'll work closely with team leaders to deliver a safe and exceptional airport experience to our customers, while also being flexible and adaptable in your approach. This role will involve a wide range of responsibilities, including: * Providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a consistent experience at all contact points * Performing various airport-related tasks, such as check-in, gates, transfer, arrival, luggage services, and ticketing (ATAc) * Working closely with team leaders and taking instructions from them * Conducting administrative tasks, such as ATAc, pre-flight, and post-flight departure * Adhering to uniform standards and adopting a customer-centric approach at all times * Promoting and selling careerzynith services and products to our customers * Attending and completing all required training by given deadlines * Adhering to and promoting safe working practices at all times * Performing other reasonable duties as required by the post **What You'll Need for Success** To excel in this role, you'll need: * Excellent interpersonal skills * A solution-oriented approach * The ability to resolve conflicts professionally within time constraints * The ability to handle a stressful environment effectively and work with minimum supervision * A strong customer focus and experience with face-to-face contact with customers * The ability to be a representative of the company at all times * Well-groomed appearance and adherence to uniform standards at all times * The ability and willingness to work in a shift environment, including weekends, bank, and public holidays * Reliability and punctuality * Compliance with all careerzynith policies and procedures * The ability to communicate both written and verbally to a high standard * A valid BAA airside pass * GSAT training * The willingness and ability to efficiently complete all relevant training * A valid DVLA driving license, with the ability to apply for a BAA driving license as and when required * The willingness and ability to teach and maintain a valid BAA jet bridge permit as and when required **Desired Qualifications – Education & Previous Work Experience** * PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and email **Experience the careerzynith Difference** At careerzynith, we're committed to creating an inclusive and supportive work environment that allows our team members to reach their full potential.
